Tornado causes the subway to shut down
The first Brooklyn tornado in over a century touched down in Bay Ridge and moved north to Sunset Park yesterday morning. Heavy rain and winds shut down practically all subway lines for the morning, so I stayed at home and worked at the kitchen table.
